What's on the park

• Swimming: four heated indoor pools.
• Entertainment: evening shows in the Starlight Club. The programme changes each year and you get it on arrival.
• Food: the Welcome Diner, in the Starlight Club.
• For children: a playground, a sports ground, crazy golf and an arcade.
• Launderette: in the middle of the park.

The pools and club are optional. Guests in privately owned villas like ours buy a daily pass per person, paid on site. See current prices and opening times on the park's website.

• Two-storey villas with two bedrooms: Villa 124 sleeps 4 and Villa 125 sleeps 5.
• Beds made up with fresh linen before you arrive, plus tea towels. Nothing to hire.
• Proper kitchens, fully equipped for self-catering, and a dining table for family meals.
• Cosy evenings by the electric fire with a Smart TV and fast WiFi of around 98 Mbps.
• Family-run by Steve, the owner, who you can message directly. We're a 4.94 Airbnb Superhost.

Beach, train and shops close by

The Blue Flag beach and nature reserve at Dawlish Warren are about a 10-minute level walk from the villas. Dawlish Warren station, shops and cafés are 5 minutes away, with trains to Exeter, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Free parking is about 30 seconds from the door.

• Who it's for: families and couples. We don't take stag or hen parties, events or work crews.
• Quiet hours: 23:00 to 07:00.
• Check-in and checkout: self check-in from 16:00 with a key safe; checkout by 10:00.
• Pets: sorry, no pets. Assistance animals are welcome.
• Season: open 15th March to 15th January.
