Swap the washing-up for a Boxing Day walk on the beach. Villa 124 is still free for Christmas and New Year: a cosy electric fire, Smart TV, a full kitchen for the big dinner, and beds made up when you arrive. Sleeps 4.
Christmas week: Saturday 19th to Saturday 26th December. New Year week: Saturday 26th December to Saturday 2nd January, and see 2027 in by the sea.

What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is from 16:00 and checkout is by 10:00. It's self check-in with a key safe by the front door.
Are towels included?
Beds are made up with fresh linen and tea towels are provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
Can we use the park's pool and clubhouse?
Yes, if you'd like to. Pool and club passes are optional and paid on site per person per day.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking about 30 seconds from the door.
Can we bring a dog?
Sorry, no pets (assistance animals are welcome). It keeps the villas allergy-friendly for every guest.
Is it suitable for groups or parties?
The villas are for families and couples on a family park, so we don't take stag or hen parties, events or work crews. Quiet hours are 23:00 to 07:00.
How far is the beach?
The Blue Flag beach and nature reserve are about a 10-minute walk. Dawlish Warren station, shops and cafés are 5 minutes away.
