About villa 124
A cosy base for four, 10 minutes from the beach
Villa 124 is one of two holiday homes run by Steve at Dawlish Warren Holiday Homes. It sits on Welcome Family Holiday Park, a flat 10-minute walk from the Blue Flag beach and nature reserve, and 5 minutes from Dawlish Warren station, shops and cafés.
It suits a family of four, two couples or friends sharing. Beds are made up with fresh linen before you arrive, so you can unpack and head straight out.
Inside the villa
- Living room: a leather sofa, a cosy electric fire and a Smart TV, with fast WiFi of around 98 Mbps for streaming.
- Kitchen and dining: a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, fridge-freezer and microwave, plus a glass dining table that seats six.
- Double bedroom: a double bed with an iron bedstead.
- Twin bedroom: two single beds, good for children or friends.
- Shower room: a modern walk-in shower.
Outside
Free parking is about 30 seconds from the door. The villas share a courtyard garden with a picnic bench, a quiet spot for a morning coffee.
Christmas and New Year
Villa 124 is available for Christmas week (Saturday 19th to Saturday 26th December) and New Year week (Saturday 26th December to Saturday 2nd January). The electric fire, full kitchen and made-up beds make it an easy place for a festive week by the sea. See Christmas breaks →
Getting out and about
Walk the sea wall to Dawlish in about 25 minutes, past Brunel's railway and the red cliffs, to see the black swans on the Lawn. Trains from Dawlish Warren run to Exeter, Dawlish and Teignmouth, and Dartmoor is about 40 minutes by car.
